咖啡處理法日新月異，除咗Natural、Washed、Honey之外，有時會見到Natural Anaerobic、Natural 72 hr、Double Washed，仲有Scooby Kombucha等等，即係咩呢？點解producer要咁做呢？味道又會係點呢？
多謝哥倫比亞精品咖啡莊園Cafe 1959邀請，他們深入研究食品科學，並以先進的發酵方法處理咖啡。今次我們合作，大家除咗可以試到10款來自Cafe 1959的咖啡外，更會和第三代莊園主理人Jose Giraldo online Live互動，親身講解理念及每種咖啡特別之處，真係from farm to cup, more than cupping!
